This is our DNA

Driven by Passion, inspired by Excellence

Who
we are

Founded in 2017 in Cesena (Italy), Iron Lynx is a true Motorsport Lab built to compete with the highest level of professionalism in some of the world’s most challenging racing championships. The goal was pursued through the relentless commitment of its founders and the extraordinary passion of every single team member.

In just a few years, not only did Iron Lynx take several major wins and titles, but also established itself as one of the most exciting teams in business for its positive message, captivating image, and professional approach to every single aspect of racing.

Race to Inspire is our team philosophy: a positive attitude to face every race and everyday life, because everything we do can be an inspiration to others; from the next generation of drivers to all people who want to achieve their dreams. From sport to music, from art to design. Everywhere.

Mission
statement

Our mission is to inspire people to follow their goals, on and off the track through passion, dedication, hard work and resilience. We aim to be the landmark outfit in motorsport, for both the stars of tomorrow as well as keen amateurs.

We imagine a future where all drivers aspire to wear the lynx on their chest, with the Iron Lynx spirit felt throughout motorsport and beyond, and where people feel that no goal is impossible, no dream is too big and no barrier cannot be broken.

IRON LYNX AND MERCEDES-AMG

For 2025, Iron Lynx has joined forces with Mercedes-AMG to bring the famed brand back to top endurance competition. After more than 25 years, Mercedes is making a return to Le Mans, as a part of a wide programme involving the FIA World Endurance Championship, the European Le Mans Series and extra preparation outings and testing activities.

PARTNERING MERCEDES-AMG FOR A GROUND-BREAKING RETURN

In FIA WEC, the new effort relies on the brand-new Mercedes-AMG LMGT3 machinery, developed in collaboration with Iron Lynx to adopt the state-of-the-art Torque Sensor technology to insure rule compliance and performance balancing. A thorough testing and development program was set in motion for the return of Mercedes-AMG to the 24 Hours of Le Mans, after more than 25 year. The series is home to the #60 and #61 cars. The yellow-tone Mercedes is driven by the experienced trio of Claudio Schiavoni, Matteo Cressoni and Matteo Cairoli, while the #61 features a up-and-coming lineup consisting of Martin Berry, Lin Hodenius and Mercedes-AMG Performance Driver Maxime Martin. In ELMS, Berry is joined by Lorcan Hanafin and another Mercedes-AMG Performance Driver Fabian Schiller on the #63 car.

THE RETURN OF THE SILVER ARROWS

To celebrate the historic return of Mercedes-AMG to the 24 Hours of Le Mans, an outstanding silver arrow livery was designed for the team’s three cars, reminescent of the last win by Mercedes in 1989 with Jochen Mass, Manuel Reuter, and Stanley Dickens.

Iron Lynx and Prema,
a winning alliance

Iron Lynx and PREMA joined forces under the control of the Swiss-based company DC Racing Solutions Ltd, becoming one of the largest international groups in motorsport. The opportunity of mutual transfer and growth strenghtend both operations and proved highly beneficial for drivers and team members alike.

The aim of the enterprise is to build a racing platform for young talent, professional drivers and client racers, covering GT racing, single-seaters and beyond. This also benefits the Iron Dames project, an integral part of Iron Lynx, a project created to encourage more women into motorsport at all levels – from drivers, through to mechanics, engineers, and management.
